The Forno Capriasca 30-Inch french door dual fuel range harmonizes professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Unique french doors mean open doors allow up to 12 Inch of more space to access your oven. The gas range-top has 5 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 100,000 BTU for simmering melting chocolate or simmering sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 4.32 cu. ft. electric oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior fitted with a true convection fan, ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included is an LP conversion kit, 3 stainless steel telescopic oven racks, wok-ring, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit and skewers forks, air fry basket with rack and drip pan. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
