The Forno Galiano 60" Gas Range combines professional-grade performance with sleek stainless steel durability. The cooktop features 10 sealed burners with a total output of 142,000 BTU, including two 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. Our cast iron grates ensure cookware stability and effortless movement between burners. Two convection ovens have a total capacity of 8.64 cu. ft. and delivers a total of 30,000 BTU for broiling and baking. Both ovens feature a sleek black enamel interior and a three-layer tempered glass door for superior heat retention and clear visibility. Additional features include 2 reversible griddles, an LP conversion kit, an air-fryer kit with a drip pan and durable zinc-coated knobs with bezel rings, built to maintain their beauty.
